Roger and Debbi Cowan

Roger Cowan and Debra Cowan are the owners and managers for Rockdyne Enterprises, LLC as well as all the buildings in the Rockdyne portfolio. They began their career in real estate over thirty years ago and have gradually built up a collection of trophy properties that exemplify their desire to exceed standards and expectations for luxury apartment management. Born and raised here in Los Angeles, they both graduated from Stanford University and returned to Los Angeles to join family businesses. Their hands-on management style coupled with their passion for quality creates an atmosphere whereby every team member is dedicated to delivering superior apartments with unparalleled service.
Elisa Yashar
- Property Supervisor
Elisa Yashar has worked with Rockdyne Enterprises for 10 years in the areas of Leasing and Marketing, Resident Relations, and Accounts Payable and Receivable. Elisa contributes both experience and expertise to her role with Rockdyne and is often the go-to person for our Residents. Elisa was born and raised here in Los Angeles and received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Cal State Northridge. She originally chose the banking industry as her career but was personally recruited after five years to join the Rockdyne Enterprises team. Elisa speaks fluent Farsi as well as her native English.
